Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services, request an appointment, and contact us. You agree not to use it to submit false or fraudulent requests, to scrape or copy it for a competing service, to interfere with its operation or security, or to do anything unlawful.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

Estimates, quotes, and pricing

Anything you read on this site about cost, savings, or value is general information, not a quote. Equipment, system size, access, condition, and the work actually required all change the number, and none of that can be determined from a web page.

Your real price is quoted after a technician inspects the equipment. We give you a flat-rate price in writing, you approve it, and only then does the work begin. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a binding quote, or a guarantee of any particular price.

Promotional offers are subject to their own posted terms, cannot be combined unless we say so in writing, and may expire or change. Any offer that has ended comes off the site.

Scheduling and service

Requesting service through this site starts a conversation, it does not confirm an appointment. An appointment exists once we have spoken with you and confirmed a window. Arrival windows are estimates: weather, traffic, parts availability, and emergency calls ahead of you can move them, and we will tell you when they do.

Warranty coverage on parts, equipment, and labor is described on the invoice or agreement for that specific job, and those documents govern.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, photography, illustrations, the Polar Express name, logo, and mascot, is owned by Polar Express HVAC & Refrigeration or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our written permission.

SMS messaging terms

Polar Express HVAC & Refrigeration operates a text messaging program for customers who opt in through a form on this site. The program sends customer service messages, scheduling and appointment reminders, and, if you separately consented to it, marketing and promotional messages, all related to our HVAC and refrigeration services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Polar Express does not charge you for these messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from that program. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or reach us at (210) 376-0781 or polar.expressac@icloud.com.

Carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and your coverage, so never rely on a text message alone for an emergency. For an HVAC or refrigeration emergency, call us.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No Mobile Information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude mobile opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.
