Accessibility statement.

Our conformance status

We aim for Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. We are not claiming full conformance. Accessibility is an ongoing effort on a site that keeps changing, and stating otherwise would not be honest. What we can say is that the guidelines are what we build and test against, and that we fix what we find.

What this site already does

These are features built into polarexpresshvac.com today, not aspirations:

• A skip to main content link, placed first in the page so keyboard and screen reader users can jump past the header and menus.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, including the header menus, the mobile drawer, and every FAQ accordion.
• Visible focus outlines on every interactive element, so you can always see where you are on the page.
• Reduced motion support: animations and moving effects are turned off for visitors whose system asks for reduced motion.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology so they do not add noise.
• Semantic heading structure, one main heading per page, with sections nested underneath it in order.
• Text and interface colors chosen and checked for contrast against their backgrounds.
• Form fields with real labels, plain-language hints, and error messages announced to assistive technology.
• Responsive layouts that stay usable when text is enlarged or the browser window is small.

Known limitations

Some content on this site comes from third parties, such as the embedded Google map. We do not control the accessibility of those components. Where a third-party element is a barrier, we will provide the same information another way on request, and the fastest of those ways is always a phone call.

Our commitment

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to correct confirmed barriers as quickly as we reasonably can, prioritizing anything that blocks someone from requesting service. Accessibility is part of our review whenever we add or redesign a page, not a one-time audit.
